About Us

Mandate, Constitution and Operational Scope
Mnagro is the sourcing and supply chain division of the MNA Group of Companies, a multi jurisdiction enterprise engaged in international procurement, supplier verification, factory auditing and consolidated logistics for industrial and commercial buyers.
Our Purpose and Rules
The MNA Group of Companies is constituted as an internationally operating enterprise with registered offices and active commercial representation in four jurisdictions. The Group’s principal mandate is to facilitate the orderly and documented movement of industrial goods, pharmaceutical inputs, automotive components and capital equipment between manufacturing centres in East Asia and commercial buyers across South Asia and the Gulf. Mnagro operates as the sourcing and supply division within this structure and is responsible for the day to day execution of procurement engagements.
The division was established in response to a clearly identified requirement among buyers in emerging markets for a procurement partner capable of administering written, auditable procedures rather than the informal trading practices that historically characterised the sector. Its operating model is built on documented supplier verification, on site factory audits, transparent commercial negotiation and end to end logistics oversight, with each engagement supported by a closing report retained by both parties.
Mnagro does not manufacture goods on its own account, nor does it maintain proprietary inventory. The division operates strictly as a sourcing intermediary acting on the documented instructions of the contracting buyer, and its remuneration is disclosed in writing in each formal commercial proposal issued to the buyer.
Official Corporate Portal. Established operations in four countries.
Vision
To function as a globally trusted institution in sourcing and supply chain administration by connecting commercial buyers with verified manufacturers, supporting the procurement of innovative and standards-compliant products, and forming long-term strategic partnerships that contribute to sustainable industrial growth in the markets we serve.
Operational Footprint
Mnagro operates from four registered offices in the People’s Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with active commercial representation in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The geographic distribution of the organisation has been calibrated to maintain proximity to principal manufacturing clusters in eastern and northern China while providing localised buyer support in the South Asian and Gulf markets.

Mission Statement
The mission of Mnagro is articulated under four standing commitments.
Step 01
One-Stop Procurement Solution
To provide a complete one stop solution for global sourcing and procurement, simplifying complex supply chain processes for clients. The division undertakes responsibility for the entire procurement life cycle, from supplier identification through to final delivery, allowing buyers to allocate internal resources to their core operations.
Step 02
Quality Assurance
To ensure the highest standards of quality through documented inspection and compliance procedures. Each engagement is supported by supplier verification, in process and pre shipment quality checks, and the issuance of inspection reports that are retained on the buyer’s procurement file.
Step 03
Competitive and Disclosed Pricing
To secure competitive pricing without compromising quality through structured negotiation and direct engagement with manufacturers. All pricing components, including the service fee payable to Mnagro, are disclosed in writing prior to order placement.
Step 04
Transparency and Operational Efficiency
To maintain transparency in supplier management, freight administration and commercial reporting. Clear written communication and documented ethical practice are applied as a standing requirement of every engagement.
